Aim

Formulation software or simulation interface

Objectives

Understand the role of each excipient in tablet formulation
Study how composition affects hardness, disintegration, and drug release
Analyze the influence of surfactants on dissolution

Procedure (Simulation)

Select a drug and its amount (mg)
Select types and percentages of filler, binder, disintegrant, and surfactant
Run the simulation to calculate hardness, disintegration time, and % dissolution

Result

The outcome shows the predicted hardness, disintegration time, and % drug release based on formulation parameters.
